Since May, the Festival of Films Blog has striven to be a place where anyone who loves movies, from the seasoned critic to the casual fan, could go to enjoy the art of film. From reviews, to analysis, to our occasional sojourns into the weird, FoF Blog has been nothing, if not eclectic.
That is why this post is so bittersweet: It will be my last as Managing Editor. I have immensely enjoyed working with everyone here, from our invaluable contributors; to our brilliant Webmaster, Diana; to Nick, my top adviser and right-hand man; and of course, to Andy, our Master and Overlord— I mean, President of Festival of Films.
It is also with this post that I want to congratulate and bid your welcome to Jeremy Kibler as my successor. He has more than proven himself worthy of the task, with his consistent — and prolific — writing. I am sure that the blog is being left in good hands.
Thank you to everyone who read, commented on and shared my work here, and I hope that you continue to show the same generosity towards Jeremy and our colleagues that you have to me. Stay tuned — the best is yet to come!
