Comedy is great way to kick back, laugh a little and de-stress. It’s why we love funny videos online and sharing a good joke. Visioneers is a dark comedy about too much stress, so it all goes hand in hand. Because we all have a lot of stress in our lives, to the point where we think we just might explode. In this movie, starring Zach Galifiankis (known well for his role in The Hangover), people actually do explode from too much stress. And while he does his best to ignore the epidemic and continue on working for one of the most profitable companies in the country, he starts to find himself suffering from symptoms.
Comedy works well when it makes fun of our day to day lives and the things that otherwise get us down. Seeing the lightheartedness in it makes it that much easier to deal with. So Visioneers does a great job of essentially making fun of us for being stressed out, as well as our ways of trying to cope with it. It makes you laugh at yourself and that’s always a good thing. And with a running time of only an hour and a half, you can fit it into your day when watching free movies online before you go off to stress about other things.
